A. This directory is an ideal source for locating potential buyers. Of special interest to the moving, claims, and repair industries, Maloney’s lists suppliers of such items as replacement crystals for chandeliers, furniture hardware, curved glass, tools, lamp parts, upholstery and caning supplies, clock parts, refinishing supplies, and other obscure and hard-to-find items, such as icebox and kitchen cabinet hardware. The directory also lists matching services for silver, crystal, dinnerware (“china”), conservation and repair supply sources, specialized repair services, and, through the dealer listings, replacement sources for just about anything antique or collectible.

A. When this happens, the IP address for the computer you are using is not being recognized by our computer.
This failure could be caused by several issues:
1. Your institution's subscription has not yet been activated.

3. The person who "activated" the online subscription did not realize that some subnets of your institution are routed through a proxy server.

Q. What is an "Institution"?
A. For the most part, an Institutional Subscription authorizes use only from authorized computers at a institution's localized site. A "site" is an organizational unit, and may be academic or nonacademic. Often a "site" is country library system. For organizations located in more than one city, each city office is normally considered a different site. For organizations within the same city that are administered independently, each office is normally considered a different site. For example, each campus in the State University of New York system is considered a different site. But the various branches of a county library system are considered as being members of the same site.
