What Is an Email Whitelist?

An email whitelist (or "safe senders" list) is an explicit list of senders from whom email will be accepted. Most email services and programs include this feature. By entering an email sender into your whitelist, you are instructing the email program/service to always accept email from that sender. Think of it as a "trusted senders" list.

Why Should I Do This?

More and more ISPs are using filtering systems to try and keep spam out of customers' inboxes. Sometimes, they accidentally filter the email that you want to receive. We have seen this repeatedly occur with AOL and Yahoo email accounts. In many cases you are not notified that the email was flagged as spam, and neither are we. This won’t happen if you tell your application to deliver Maloneysdirectory.com messages to your inbox.

Please whitelist our address to your personal safe sender settings so that you are sure to receive our mailings. We want you to receive our newsletters and important announcements regarding your listing and use of Maloneysdirectory.com. So, please add us now, before your delivery is interrupted.

How Do I Do This?

The process of whitelisting an email address is easy. You can start by selecting your email provider from the list below and following the instructions for that program. After you do this, be sure to monitor your spam/junk email folder to make sure our emails are not being delivered there. If you do find one of our emails in your spam/junk folder, just open the message and click the “Not Spam/Junk” button (see your email application’s help pages for how to do this). Also, please make sure you allow images to display in our emails.

For more information, please do not contact Maloneysdirectory.com. Instead, check your email application’s “Help” or “FAQ” files, or contact the application’s customer support center.
